White paper

The white paper focusses on the theory of academic project management and serves as the foundation of the Pathfinder project management framework. The resulting framework was expanded into a more detailed Pathfinder guide which will regularly be updated through customer feedback and the lean-thinking Pathfinder team. The white paper itself will not get updated and should rather be seen as an historic landmark in academic project management.
